Thank you for choosing L.F.C. Custom Apparel Printing for your apparel and merchandise needs! We offer both custom-designed apparel (printed specifically for you) and a selection of online store/stock products (ready-made or requiring minimal preparation). Our shipping policy is tailored to reflect the unique fulfillment process for each type of order.
Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Order Processing & Production Timelines
Your order's journey from purchase to delivery depends on the type of product(s) you've ordered:
1. For Custom Printed Orders (e.g., Team Uniforms, Personalized Merchandise):

Production Time: Because each custom item is specially created and printed just for you, these orders typically require 5-10 business days for production(but can vary). This is the time needed to prepare your design, print, and finish your items before they are ready to ship.

Production Begins: Production commences once your order is confirmed and, if applicable, your artwork is finalized and approved.

Factors Affecting Production: Please note that actual production time may vary based on the complexity of your design, the quantity of items, current order volume, and the time required for any necessary artwork approvals or revisions.
2. For Online Store & Stock Products (e.g., Pre-designed items, Accessories):

Processing Time: These products are generally ready for shipment faster. Online store and stock product orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days.
Orders are not processed, produced, or shipped on weekends or holidays for either category.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Once your order has completed its production or processing phase, it will be prepared for shipment.

Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. These charges are determined by your selected shipping method (e.g., Standard, Expedited), the total weight and dimensions of your package, and the delivery destination.

Delivery Estimates: The delivery estimate provided at checkout represents the estimated time in transit after your order has completed its respective production or processing phase.
Total Estimated Delivery Time
Your total estimated delivery time will be the sum of:

Delays & Communication
We are committed to fulfilling every order promptly, but sometimes delays can occur.

High Volume & Unforeseen Delays: If we anticipate a significant delay in the production, processing, or shipment of your order due to high volume, material shortages, or unforeseen circumstances, we will promptly contact you via email or telephone to provide an update and new estimated timeline.

Artwork Approval Delays (Custom Orders Only): For custom orders requiring artwork approval, any delays in receiving your final design approval may extend your overall production and delivery timeline.

Artwork Approval (Custom Orders Only): Production for custom items will only begin after you have provided final approval of the design proof. Please review your proofs carefully to avoid delays.

Tracking Information: Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically become active within 24-48 hours after dispatch.

Shipping Address: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete during checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Combined Orders: If your order includes both custom printed items and online store/stock products, the entire order will ship together once all custom items have completed production. The longer timeline (custom production + shipping) will apply to the entire order.

International Shipping: At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. For international shipping inquiries, please contact our customer service team to discuss possibilities and quotes.

Damage or Loss in Transit: L.F.C. Custom Apparel Printing is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. We will do our best to assist you in this process. Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
