Ordering & Customization
How do I place a custom order?
Placing a custom order is easy! You can start by visiting our Custom Design Services page and filling out the inquiry form with your details. Alternatively, you can email us directly at limitedfreedomusa@gmail.com with your artwork and order specifications. We'll get back to you with a quote and a digital proof to approve.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order quantity varies. For screen printing, our minimum is typically 12 pieces. For DTG (Direct-to-Garment) or vinyl, we can often accommodate orders as small as a single item. Please contact us with your project details for a precise answer!
What if I have an idea but no design?
No problem at all! Our talented design team is here to help bring your vision to life. Just provide us with your ideas, sketches, or inspiration, and we can create a professional, print-ready design for you. Design service fees may apply.
Can I mix shirt styles, colors, and sizes in one order?
Yes, absolutely! As long as the printed design itself remains the same (same size and colors), you can mix and match different apparel styles, colors, and sizes to meet your 12-piece minimum for screen printing.
Can I see a proof before my order is printed?
Absolutely! For every custom order, we provide a detailed digital proof (a mockup) that shows your design on the selected apparel. We will not begin production until you have given your final approval on this proof.
What kind of artwork files do you accept?
For the best printing results, we prefer vector files (like .AI, .EPS, or .SVG). High-resolution raster files (like .PSD, .PNG, or .TIFF) at 300 DPI or higher are also acceptable. Find more details on our Artwork Guidelines page.

What brands of apparel do you offer?
We work with a wide range of top apparel brands to fit every need and budget, including Gildan, Bella+Canvas, Next Level, Champion, and many more. If you have a specific brand in mind, let us know! Or check out our Brand list.
How do I know what size to order?
Sizing can vary between brands. We provide a detailed Size Charts page with measurements for our most popular items. If ordering for a large group, we recommend ordering a few extra sizes to be safe.
What's the difference between screen printing and DTG?
Screen printing is best for larger orders (12+) with fewer colors, offering vibrant, durable prints at a low cost per item. DTG (Direct-to-Garment) is like an inkjet printer for fabric, perfect for single items or small batches with full-color, complex designs like photographs.
How should I wash my custom apparel to make the print last?
To maximize the life of your custom print, we recommend washing garments inside-out in cold water, with like colors. Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry for best results. Avoid using bleach or ironing directly on the printed design.
Pricing & Payment
How is the price of my custom order calculated?
Pricing is based on several factors: the type and brand of garment, the total quantity of items, the number of print locations (e.g., front, back, sleeve), and the number of colors in your design for screen printing. The more you order, the lower the price per item!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), as well as payments through PayPal. For large group or corporate orders, we may also be able to arrange for payment via check or ACH transfer.
Are there any hidden fees?
Never! The quote we provide you is all-inclusive. It will clearly break down the costs for your apparel, printing, and any setup or design fees. The only additional cost will be shipping and any applicable sales tax, which will be shown on your final invoice.
Shipping & Production
How long will it take to get my order?
Total delivery time is a combination of production time and shipping time. Our standard production time for custom orders is typically 5-10 business days *after* you approve your proof. Online store/stock items usually process in 1-3 business days. For more details, please see our Shipping Policy.
Do you offer rush orders?
Yes, we do offer rush production services for an additional fee, depending on our current production schedule. If you have a tight deadline, please contact us directly before placing your order so we can confirm our ability to meet your needs.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we primarily ship within the United States. For international shipping inquiries, please contact our customer service team to discuss possibilities and obtain a custom shipping quote.
Returns & Issues
What is your return policy for custom items?
Because custom items are created specifically for you, they are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds. However, if your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or a printing error that was our fault, please contact us within 30 days and we will make it right. I ordered the wrong size for my custom shirt. Can I exchange it?
Unfortunately, because each custom item is printed on demand just for your order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues. We strongly encourage you to consult our Size Charts before ordering to ensure the best fit.
Why does the color on my shirt look slightly different from the proof?
Colors can vary slightly between what you see on a backlit digital screen (your computer or phone) and the final physical product. We use a Pantone matching system to ensure our ink colors are as accurate as possible, but minor variations in hue can occur and are not considered defects.
What if I receive my order and there's an issue?
Your satisfaction is our top priority! If you encounter any issues with your order, such as a defect or printing error on our part, please contact our customer service team immediately. We ask that you provide your order number and photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
