Full-Dye Sublimation

Best for: Full-color team uniforms

Dye is infused directly into 100% polyester fabric, becoming part of the fibers. Won't crack, peel, or fade - but only works on synthetic fabrics.

DTF (Direct-to-Film)

Best for: Cotton blends & spirit wear

A full-color design is printed onto a film, then heat-pressed onto the garment. Works on cotton and blends - a strong choice for spirit wear and smaller runs.

Screen Print

Best for: High-volume, few-color designs

Ink is pushed through a stencil, one layer per color. Most cost-effective at high volume with simple, few-color artwork.
