A general planning sequence

• 10-12 weeks out: Confirm rosters, lock uniform colors/sizing, open registration
• 6-8 weeks out: Submit bulk uniform and gear orders, confirm field/facility bookings
• 3-4 weeks out: Finalize schedules and brackets, confirm volunteer/ref coverage
• 1-2 weeks out: Distribute uniforms, run a logistics walkthrough for opening day
