Because your custom order is a one-of-a-kind creation, our policy is a little different. We stand by the quality of our work and want you to be thrilled with your order!
Our Promise
We guarantee that the products you receive will be free of any manufacturing defects and will match the final design proof you approved. If there's an issue on our end—such as a misprint, a damaged item, or an incorrect product—we will take full responsibility and work with you to make it right.
Accepted Returns & Replacements
- Defective or Damaged Products: If an item arrives with a defect or is damaged in transit.
- Our Production Error: If the final product differs from the approved design proof (e.g., incorrect design, wrong color, wrong product).
- Incorrect Item Shipped: If you receive an item you did not order.
In these cases, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and provide clear photos of the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for issues that are outside of our control. This includes:
- Customer Design Errors: Typos, grammatical errors, low-resolution images, or other design flaws in the artwork you submitted.
- Incorrect Size or Color Selection: Please double-check your order details before submitting.
- Changes of Heart: We cannot accept returns if you simply change your mind.
